Terms of use
Conditions that govern use of this website and engagements with DataNexSys.
These terms apply to your use of https://datanexsys.digital and to professional engagements commissioned from DataNexSys unless a signed engagement letter states otherwise. By using the site or requesting services you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or submit engagement requests. We may update these terms periodically; the version published on this page at the time of use applies.
Services described on this site
Descriptions of internal controls review, inventory assessment, purchase-to-pay checks, and pre-audit readiness briefings are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only when confirmed in an engagement letter or written confirmation from DataNexSys.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and branding, is owned by DataNexSys or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse site materials without prior written consent. Memoranda and workpapers produced under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter; typically, the client may use deliverables for internal management and for sharing with auditors or lenders as agreed, while DataNexSys retains methodological materials and templates.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, submit malicious content through forms, or use contact channels to spam or harass staff.
Disclaimer
Website content does not constitute a formal audit opinion, legal advice, or tax advice. Outcomes of a controls review depend on information you provide, plant access, and the agreed scope. We do not guarantee that external auditors, banks, or regulators will accept every remediation approach.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), DataNexSys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement letter, and where the letter is silent, aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
