Fees and estimate factors

Pricing follows plant count, cycle coverage, and sample depth—not a software-style subscription tier.

Most manufacturing controls work is quote-based because two plants with the same headcount can differ wildly in SKU complexity, shift patterns, and ERP maturity. The figures below are indicative so you can budget a conversation; they are not a checkout price.

Indicative engagement bands

Engagement Typical basis Indicative range (TWD)
Plant internal controls review Fixed quote after scoping From 280,000 for a single mid-sized plant, multi-cycle
Inventory and WIP assessment Fixed quote or day rate From 120,000 · day rate from 28,000
Purchase-to-pay controls check Fixed fee by invoice volume From 95,000
Pre-audit readiness briefing Fixed fee, single entity From 72,000

What moves a quote up or down

  • Number of manufacturing sites and whether BOMs differ by plant
  • Whether inventory is high-SKU with frequent engineering changes
  • Language of source documents and need for bilingual delivery
  • Compressed timelines ahead of a lender visit or auditor fieldwork
  • Availability of cycle-count history and prior management-letter points

Deposits and billing

Engagements typically require a 40% deposit to reserve fieldwork dates, with the balance due on delivery of the final memorandum. Travel within greater Taichung is usually included; overnight travel to more distant plants is billed at cost with prior approval. See the refund and cancellation terms for how deposits are treated when dates move.
