About the practice

DataNexSys exists for a narrow job: help manufacturing owners and finance leads see whether the controls they describe on paper still hold when materials move, overtime spikes, and purchase orders lag the dock. We are not a general management consultancy and not a software vendor.

Origin

The practice grew from repeated year-end fieldwork in Taiwanese plants where inventory and purchasing findings surprised management—not because policies were missing, but because production pressure had quietly rewritten daily habits. Working from Wufeng in Taichung Hsien, we kept the scope close to financial and operational controls rather than expanding into strategy decks.

How we work

Engagements begin with a scoping call, then move onto the floor. Walkthroughs happen while shifts run. Samples are selected from live populations, not only from schedules prepared for visitors. Draft findings are discussed with process owners before anything is finalized, so factual disputes are settled early and the memorandum stays usable.

Who you meet

Reviews are led by practitioners with manufacturing audit and plant-finance backgrounds. You will not be handed a rotating junior team that learns your BOM structure from scratch each Monday. When a specialist for a particular cycle is needed, we say so up front rather than stretching a generalist past competence.
